You just felt like eating a boiled egg, but once it in the pan it’s cracked, because you dropped it too hard. Don’t start to panic yet, for I have a handy tip for this (small, but annoying) problem. Add a little vinegar to the water before you put the eggs in the pan. It will help ensure that the shells do not crack, and it will also make them easier to peel once they’re boiled. This way you can always enjoy your delicious boiled egg.
