If you keep eating grapes every day for a few weeks , this is what will happen to your body

6. You’ll breathe easier
Research showing a link between low fruit and vegetable intake and asthma has prompted researchers to find out if the reverse is true – if eating more fruit and vegetables can help people with asthma. The results, published in the journal Nutrients, found that both fruit and vegetables played a role in the prevention and treatment of asthma.

Now, grapes are an important fruit in which I play an important role. In fact, a 2007 study showed that children who grew up eating a Mediterranean diet high in nuts and fruits such as grapes were less likely to develop asthma-like symptoms. This may be due to the high water content.

7. You’ll get stronger and faster
Grapes can improve your muscle strength and endurance. A study by the University of Georgia Department of Kinesiology found that compounds found in grape skins, including catechins, quercetin and resveratrol, improved fatigue running time, health and skeletal muscle mitochondrial function in rats. Although no official studies have been conducted on humans, this suggests that if the research is transferred, you could well be the key to getting stronger/faster that you’ve always wanted to be.
