Vegan seed crackers
This recipe from Planet Green combines sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, chia, and flax seeds with oatmeal and oat flour. They are vegan and contain calcium, fibre, fatty acids, and protein.
They are easy to make, but the chia seed dough can be sticky, so when rolling it out onto parchment paper, place the second sheet of parchment on top and flatten them out until thin. Bake until crisp.
